Save time with Gourmet Hot Sauces

How Sauces are a great way to save time in the kitchen and also have your family rave about your cooking.

Whether you are skilled in the kitchen or not, I found the perfect condiment that makes my experience enjoyable every time, and I want to share it with you.

Heard of Gemma’s Gourmet Hot Sauces?

Well! You will hear about it today, and you will thank me later! Tasty foods are paramount in my kitchen.

There are several jars of “taste good” condiments out there, but having a family and some adverse reactions to food chemicals, I was looking for something natural to season and add flavor to my food.

Now, I am a Caribbean woman. This means that in my culture, we are accustomed to making our blend of spices or green seasoning. This process is lengthy and can be very messy (unless you have your mom or favorite aunt make it for you every time you need some).

This is where Gemma’s Gourmet Hot Sauces come in! There is a burst of flavor added to your food without the mess and the never-ending spice blend-making! It is a hot sauce, a spread, a dipping sauce, and a seasoning. An all-around versatile condiment you must have in your pantry.

I used both the Mango and Pineapple Gourmet Hot Sauces. My favorite is the Mango Gourmet Hot Sauce. Can you imagine what you can do with vegetables if you add one teaspoon of the Gemma’s Mango Gourmet Hot Sauce?

I dice potatoes and sauté them with onions or shallots. Add in a little of that mango hot sauce and some frozen peas, and it’s heaven!

I have tried it with meat too, but I marinated it with my blend of seasoning. Just pour in a bit of olive oil, add in some stone-ground mustard (1tsp), a pinch of salt, some peppers, the juice of one or two limes, and add in 1 Tbsp of Gemma’s Mango Gourmet Hot Sauce. Mix it all and rub your meat well and refrigerate for at least one hour.

I usually prepare my meat or poultry in the morning or the night before. When I get back from work, I just pop the pieces in the oven in a Pyrex or sauté with some coconut oil.

Some more tips

Another thing I have found to be delicious is a little snack/appetizer with those amazing sauces. They sure give a kick to my black olives! I just drain the black olives from the can and rinse them. Put them in a container, add in a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and one teaspoon of Gemma’s Mango Gourmet Hot Sauce.

Either one of the flavors will do but again my preference is the mango. You see, when you mix it all, and you put that seasoned olive on a cracker with hummus, you get pure heaven in your mouth! I like to add a couple of almonds to that cracker and a little piece of avocado. Delicious!

Let’s not forget breakfast!

You would think breakfast was immune to Gemma’s Gourmet Hot Sauces, right? Not a chance! I sliced up some mushrooms, add chopped kale or spinach, sauté them in coconut oil, and add one teaspoon of Gemma’s Gourmet Mango Sauce. The sauteed veggies are then placed on my plate with avocado slices and either poached or boiled eggs. I like mine a bit runny (medium). Not only does it look good, but it tastes amazing!

I haven’t tried any of the sauces on desserts yet… but Gemma tells me that it tastes absolutely delicious on cheesecake. um!!!  I am not sure it would go over well. But she has a Seafood Cheesecake that looks mighty appetizing.

For the rest, it’s Gemma’s all the way! It delivers the right amount of spices to kick up your food a notch (to quote the great chef Emeril Lagasse), and it’s all-natural.

Gemma’s Gourmet Hot Sauces is a great product line and I can see using the sauces in my cooking on a daily basis. It’s affordable, and one jar lasts long! Fifty-six teaspoons to be exact.

Is your mouth watering already? Well, then get Gemma’s Gourmet Hot Sauces quick and try those recipes quick and get the whole family (or just yourself!) enjoying great food!

Let me know which flavor you like? My next food experience will be with the Pineapple Gourmet Hot Sauce.
